A 30-Minute Intro Guide to Fighting
A complete basic fighting foundational one-on-one session for all beginners.
Owners, Coach Tania and Coach Jerome will help you with the basics before your first fight class or training session. In the 30-minute intro to fighting session, you will learn proper fighting stance, basic fighting techniques, basic technique mistakes, and basic defense techniques.
The cost is $40/per person.
