The MMA BLITZ class is a program that I have created that will enable you to train like a fighter without any contact. The MMA Blitz class is an anaerobic based workout that is broken up into rounds. Stressing the importance of actual fight training, drills and technique, without contact. Fighting training is more than just hitting a heavy bag and jumping rope. It’s about preparing your body for the ultimate sport while achieving fitness results. Outside of learning correct form for the fight related drills you will lift weights, strength train, and perform athletic drills. It doesn’t matter your experience level, your size, or your fitness level, the MMA Blitz class is for all.

The MMA Blitz program is a real fight training program for everyday individuals who want the benefits of fight training without contact. Boxing gloves or MMA gloves will be required for this class. Boxing gloves are available to rent for first-time participants.
